Payment Info
We accept the following methods of Payments:
1) PayPal (recommended for orders below $500)
2) Checks that can be drawn either in the USA or Singapore
3) Bank Transfer into our Singapore Bank Account (recommended for orders above $500)
You can select the preferred method of payment during the "Check Out" process.
Once we receive the order, we would email an invoice to you detailing the total charge plus shipping charges if any. Orders would be processed upon receipt of full payment.

Shipping Information
FREE Shipping Worldwide! for orders above $200.
All goods are shipped direct from our store in China, to your doorstep and are trackable.
We will send you the tracking information upon shipment.
We ship using any of the following couriers:
1) DHL
2) FedEx
3) UPS
4) EMS
5) TNT
All Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your products delivered. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Your wholesale electronics orders will be Quality Controlled, Packed, and Dispatched within 6 working days of payment. Shipping time is between 4 to 6 days.
Please note that you are responsible for finding out in advance about the legality of importing your ordered items in your country - and about the legalities of importing goods into your country per se.
We are not responsible for items confiscated by your local authorities or any associated costs incurred.
Returns and Refunds
All our products come with a 12 month warranty.
This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept, or offer credit or a refund.
Any returns must be discussed with Customer Support in advance, and authorized so they are sent with the correct paperwork.
All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement / refund under the warranty, your shipping costs returning the products are payable by you.
Important Notes
You are responsible for taxes and other import duties in your country
Although we do assist you by manually checking all orders to screen possible region / compatibility inconsistencies, we do not accept returns of working products which were simply mis-ordered by you. If you are in an NTSC video color region, don't order PAL products for your market.
Additionally, there are some (cool) types of gadgets including for example (but not limited to) radio signal jammers, GPS Trackers etc, that are not legal to import into certain countries. As the buyer / importer it is entirely your responsibility to find out in advance of placing your order whether your ordered items are subject to import restrictions.
We do not accept liability in the case of failed delivery of goods, where they have failed to clear your country's local Customs - either in cases where the goods are turned back, or in cases where the goods are seized.
